Meet the Team That Celebrates Your Story.

Jason Morales, Founder | Production Director
Jason Morales is the guy who can walk into just about any room and turn it into a live storytelling moment. Whether he's behind the camera on a brand film or calling shots on a full production day, Jason has a gift for making people feel at ease and capturing something real. With over 300 weddings on his reel, he's filmed just about every kind of human moment there is, and it shows. When he's not on set, you'll find him tracking the Orlando Magic, planning the next Disney World trip with his family, or cueing up his New Music Friday playlist before anyone else has even heard of the artist.

Jessica Morales, Founder | Creative Director
Jessica Morales is the person you call when you have a big idea but aren't quite sure how to make it land. She has a rare ability to take complex, layered visions and shape them into clear, strategic stories that actually move people, whether that means growing a business, mobilizing a community, or helping a client finally see what they've been trying to say all along. When she's not deep in a brand strategy or behind the camera, you'll find her with a book in her hand, a playlist heavy on anything from 1995 to 2010, cheering her kids on from the ballpark, or getting her heart broken by the Atlanta Braves.

Lakyn Phillips, Design Coordinator
Lakyn Phillips is the kind of artist who will casually hand you something stunning and call it a doodle. Her eye for design brings a distinctive creative edge to everything she touches. A Madison, Alabama native, Lakyn spends her time off the clock on the sand court playing beach volleyball with her husband, which honestly tracks for someone who makes everything look effortless.
-

Ella Hillman, Project Coordinator
Ella Hillman is the reason a team full of creatives knows what's next. She brings organized energy to every project and genuinely loves what she does. When she's not keeping special projects in motion, she's wrangling her two little girls, caring for her doggies, or running Mae Ella's, her home-based baked goods and charcuterie business.
-

Morgan Brown, Creative Assistant | Web & Photo
Morgan Brown is the team's go-to fact checker, which makes a lot of sense once you know she's a science lover at heart. She brings a grounded, detail-oriented perspective to every project and owns her own business, Morgan Brown Paints, on top of it all. A Hoover, Alabama native now living in Birmingham, Morgan spends her time outside of work exploring the great outdoors with her husband and little girl.
-

Chloe Williams, Creative Assistant | Production
Chloe Williams is a Creative Assistant at Bright & Gray Creative specializing in photography and production, and if you've ever been on a content day with BGC, there's a good chance she's the reason everything ran smoothly. Chloe has a hand in just about every part of what we do, and she brings a great attitude to every single bit of it. When she's not on set, she's either planning her next trip or finding a trail worth hiking.
-

Maryah Haley, Content Coordinator
Maryah Haley is the perfect mix of creative brain and project coordinator energy, which makes her exactly who you want running point on a social media account. She keeps things moving, keeps things on-brand, and somehow makes it all look easy. Maryah is based in Orlando as part of BGC's Florida crew, and when she's off the clock she's spending time with her Dalmatian, Ace.

Kat Anderton, Design Assistant
Kat Anderton is the person who makes sure great design doesn't get lost in translation. She has a knack for bridging the gap between creative vision and plain-English clarity, making her the kind of designer everyone actually wants on their team. Based in Tallahassee, she takes full advantage of living in Florida and can probably tell you which theme park is worth the drive on any given weekend.
