Meet Ella Hillman

Ella thrives in an environment of organization and never ending ideas. With a passion for bringing ideas to life and a keen eye for detail, she serves as a support in any creative endeavor that Bright & Gray Creative has to offer. 

Ella was born with natural leadership and the sky-is-the-limit attitude. She comes to us with a wide variety of a background that is the perfect fit for a creative assistant. She has a degree from Auburn University, she's been a middle school teacher, wedding coordinator, worked in design, and has a vast knowledge of how to elevate a client experience. These qualifications enrich her own creative journey, and also help when it comes to adopting to the unique demands every each project.  

Ella's no stranger to the ever changing industry trends and audience preference on social media platforms. In her role as Creative Assistant, Ella is committed to empowering others to realize their creative vision and providing the support and expertise needed to transform ideas into impactful experiences. Whether it is crafting engaging post, monitoring community interactions, or helping with a photo session or event, Ella shows up with high energy, great ideas, and a passion for helping other succeed!

Outside of her professional pursuits, Ella enjoys spending time with her family, taking a casual walks with her dogs, and playing some type of competitive game or sport.
